12 WEEK COURSE

The world has lost sight of how to solve their problems. They often think that because they have this huge issue, that the solution must also be big. That is not the case especially when it comes to things like weight loss and eating healthier. The answer to these is quite simple. So simple that it is quite often overlooked.

The Foundations are six key habits every individual must master in order to become the healthiest and best version of themselves. They are also the key to healthy, lasting weight loss:

  1. Fruits & Veggies- Are you eating enough? Most of the world is missing out on this simple habit. Wanna be in the top 1% of the world? Time for more fruits and veggies!

  2. Water- This one people are either getting enough or they are missing the mark big time. Most people have lost touch with their thirst cues. Time to reconnect!

  3. Mindset- I have a simple definition for this.. “The story you tell yourself to yourself.” What stories do you have floating around in your head causing chaos? Time to siphon them out!

  4. Language- What words are you using and how are you using them towards yourself and the world around you? Most of the world uses very negative language and are completely unaware of how it is affecting their life and keeping them stuck. Time to upgrade!

  5. Sleep- This one is the same as water, you either have it or it’s a mess. Sleep is absolutely essential to all aspects of your health, so are you getting enough? Time for better sleep hygiene.

  6. Body Movement- The best type of exercise you can do, is the one that you enjoy and will keep doing. I recommend a mix of things. Walking is vastly underrated. Resistance training can increase muscle mass and bone density. Getting your heart rate up and your lungs pumping can decrease your risk of cardiovascular issues. Time to get moving!

Food Freedom Foundations is a 12 week group program that focuses on building these key habits slowly.

Fun Fact: The majority of people do not need to count calories, macros or points. It’s as simple as creating solid healthy habits like the six Foundations.

Some positive side effects from attending and participating in the Food Freedom Foundations course may include:
