My name is Justine Arsenault

I am the owner & founder of BNA Lifestyle. I am a certified nutrition coach, mental health coach and personal trainer specializing in the prevention and healing of emotional and disordered eating. 

I founded BNA Lifestyle after struggling since I was 8 with emotional eating due to PTSD and anxiety. Later in life I developed some pretty bad disordered eating, which also lead to a messed up relationship with the gym and a poor relationship with myself. I wanted to find and create a better, easier way for people to lose weight, have a great relationship with food, love themselves, and enjoy moving their body.

Most people who have been struggling to lose weight also struggle with emotional eating. This group of people are massively underserved and are often left lost and confused. I am here to assist & educate as many people as I can by giving them practical tools on how to prevent and overcome emotional and disordered eating.

At BNA Lifestyle, the focus is on becoming healthy as a whole. No counting calories or points, no “good” vs. “bad” foods, no crazy workout regimes. I’ll teach you the fundamental tools you need to live free of diet culture and thrive in life.

When people focus on losing weight, as opposed to becoming healthy, they tend to go to extremes in order to reach this goal. And the results rarely last. When people work on becoming healthy, they focus on things like mental health and mindset, eating more fruits and veggies, drinking water and getting enough sleep. Weight loss then becomes the side effect of becoming healthy.
